Since 2022, we have specialised in the production of eco-friendly paper straws using only natural and recyclable materials. Our straws are adapted to a wide range of beverages and offer an environmentally and human friendly solution, successfully replacing the plastic straws used until now.

Our range of paper straws meets the highest quality and functionality requirements. We produce triple-layer straws that are robust and long-lasting. Available in diameters of 6, 8 or 10 mm and in lengths ranging from 14 to 30 cm, the straws are suitable for both small and large beverage containers. We can offer customised solutions to suit our customers’ needs, ensuring both aesthetics and practicality.

26 mm Crown caps

Since 1997, we have been producing high quality crown corks for a wide range of beverages. Our 26 mm crown corks ensure a tight and reliable closure, preserving the high freshness and quality of the beverage.

With more than 25 years of experience in this field, we have been able to ensure that our products comply with Good Manufacturing Practice standards (EP Directive 23023/2006/EC, ESC144131162-01:2006, HN 16:2011) and are suitable for the closure of food products.

We are currently using a production line from the Italian company SACMI with a capacity of 950,000 units per shift. Our sheet metal blanks comply with EN 10202 standards and we use PVC and PVC-free materials for the crown plug inserts.

We manufacture in compliance with international hygiene standards, so our Granulit S-CR material for PVC inserts complies with European Union legislation (No 10/2011 and No 1935/2004) and US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations (21 CFR 177.1210). The material used is also free of prohibited plasticisers such as DEHP, DBP, BBP, DINP, DNOP and metal stabilisers such as tin, cadmium and lead.

We encourage you to choose our PVC-free insert "Svelon 855", which has the following advantages:

It does not contain polyvinyl chloride (PVC), making it a greener choice in line with market and environmental trends.

High level of airtightness

“Svelon 855 provides a good seal, which is important for bottles of beverages such as beer, soft drinks and water, preventing leakage and preserving product quality.

Suitable for food contact

It is intended for use in food and beverage packaging, including closures that come into direct contact with liquids.

Flexibility and resilience

The material is sufficiently elastic to ensure a good adaptation to the bottle necks and resistance to external conditions, such as temperature fluctuations.

An environmentally friendly solution

As Svelon 855 is PVC-free, it reduces plastic waste and the environmental impact of microplastics.
