Terms of delivery of goods
Delivery of goods is carried out only within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
1. Delivery to your specified address throughout Lithuania with DPD courier service.
Delivery price*: 1 kg – 4.99 eur. 1-5 kg - 5.49 eur. 5-10 kg – 5.99 eur. 10-20 kg – 6.49 eur. 20-31.5 kg – 10.99 eur. 31.5-50 kg – 14.99 eur. 50-100 kg – 19.99 eur. 100-200 kg – 26.99 eur. 200-300 kg – 29.99 eurOver 300 kg – 31.99 eur. * Delivery price depends on the total weight of the basket. Delivery within 2-3 days (if the product is in stock).
Customers can pay for the goods upon delivery in cash and/or by bank card. The maximum payment amount in cash is up to 999.99 eur. The courier will inform you about the delivery time of the parcel by phone call or SMS message. On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS message indicating the courier’s arrival time in 1 hour time intervals, e.g. 09:50-10:50. All parcels are delivered according to the courier’s planned route schedule, according to which customers receive information messages with the specified arrival time interval. In large cities: Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Marijampolė, Telšiai and Utena, the parcel delivery time intervals are 8-20 hours (this does not apply to parcels with the “delivery service”, as well as parcels weighing more than 31.5 kg. and parcels with the verification call service), in other cities and districts the parcel delivery time intervals are 8-16 hours. If you do not receive the courier at the specified time, you can contact the DPD courier service directly by phone. +370 521 06 777 and inquire about delivery or contact us and we will contact the courier service regarding the delivery of your shipment (see Contacts).
Delivery of heavy goods. Carrying the goods. Please note that you will have to take care of carrying goods weighing more than 31.5 kg from the courier’s car to your home or office.
“Product delivery” – additional service that can be ordered by residents of Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Marijampolė, Telšiai and Utena. 2 couriers arrive and bring heavy goods, such as a refrigerator, washing machine or other large-sized goods, from the car to your home or office. The price of the service is €25. The service is provided until 3:00 p.m. for goods up to 80 kg.
Picking up the parcel
When the courier delivers the goods, please provide an identity document (driver’s license or passport). If another person will collect the goods, please provide their name and surname to our customer service managers when placing the order.
Check that the shipment does not have any visible damage or other defects, only then sign for the courier.
If you intend to pay for the goods upon delivery, do not forget to prepare the required amount of money.
Save the VAT invoice, it will be needed for warranty service.
If you are unable to collect the goods on the scheduled date and time or at the specified address, you can easily change or even redirect the shipment to a DPD Pickup parcel machine via the special online link provided in the received SMS message, by clicking which you will be able to easily manage your shipment, or you can notify our customer service managers by phone +370 700 77772 and we will change the delivery time for you.
2. Free collection of goods at the Aksida goods collection point in Šiauliai.
At the Aksida delivery point, at Žemaitės g. 102, LT-76172 Šiauliai, you can pick up your purchases for free. Order the goods now (if the goods are in stock) and we will prepare them for you to pick up within 5 days. We will additionally inform you about the pick-up of the order by SMS as soon as it is ready.
We would like to inform you that at the Aksida delivery point, at Žemaitės g. 102, LT-76172 Šiauliai, it is not possible to pick up large household appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, stoves, etc.), as well as large-screen TVs. Ordered large-sized goods are delivered only to the address you specified with the DPD courier service. Working hours:
On weekdays – from 9 am to 6 pm. Saturdays and Sundays – closed.
Picking up goods:
The Buyer shall collect the ordered goods no later than within 5 business days after the Seller has informed the Buyer by e-mail or other means (by call and/or SMS) that the goods can be collected. If the ordered goods are not collected within the above-mentioned period, the order shall be cancelled; if an advance payment was made, the money shall be returned to the Buyer back to the bank account from which the payment was made within 3 business days.
3. Delivery of goods to Omniva self-service parcel machines.
Delivery price: 2.99 eur. Delivery within 3-4 days. (if the item is in stock).

Picking up the parcel:
After receiving an SMS / e-mail with the parcel pickup code, you can go to pick up the goods.
Select the desired language in the Parcel Machine menu, then click “Pick up parcel”.
Enter the opening code received in the SMS or e-mail.
When the parcel machine door opens, pick up your parcel.
Important! Close the door and click “Next” on the screen.
If you need a receipt, you can print it.
The parcel is kept in the Parcel Machine for 7 calendar days, then returned to the sender. The parcel cannot be redirected to another delivery location. Payment by bank card when picking up the order is possible up to 500 EUR.
4. Delivery of goods to DPD Pickup self-service parcel lockers.
Delivery price: 3.99 eur.
Delivery within 2-3 days. (if the item is in stock). 235 self-service parcel lockers throughout Lithuania, you can find the nearest one here. Parcel pickup:
When the item is delivered to your chosen “DPD Pickup” parcel locker, you will receive an SMS message with an unlock code.
To pick up your purchase, select “Pick up parcel” on the terminal screen.
Enter the required PIN codes that you received via SMS or e-mail.
When the terminal door opens, pick up your parcel. Do not forget to close the door.
The parcel is kept in the parcel locker for 5 calendar days, then returned to the sender. It is not possible to redirect the parcel to another delivery location. It is not possible to pay with a bank card when picking up the order.
5. Delivery of goods to LP EXPRESS 24 parcel self-service terminals. Delivery price: 2.49 eur. Delivery within 3–4 d. d. (if the item is in stock). 285 self-service parcel machines throughout Lithuania, you can find the nearest one here. Picking up the parcel:
Information about the delivered parcel will reach you by SMS or e-mail.
To pick up the purchase, select “Pick up parcel” on the terminal screen.
Enter the required PIN codes that you received by SMS or e-mail.
When the terminal door opens, pick up your parcel. Do not forget to close the door.
The recipient must pick up the parcel from the self-service terminal within 3 calendar days (counting from the delivery of the parcel to the terminal). The parcel cannot be redirected to another delivery location. You can pay with a bank card when picking up the order up to 500 eur.
